Assort Health is hiring a Principal, Strategic Partnerships (Private Equity) to build and scale one of its most important growth channels. This is a high-impact, external-facing role at the intersection of private equity, enterprise sales, and operator-led GTM strategy. You'll own relationships with healthcare-focused PE firms and translate them into a repeatable pipeline of opportunities across their portfolio companies. Your mandate is twofold: drive near-term revenue by sourcing and converting PE-generated opportunities, and build a scalable playbook that establishes Assort as the preferred AI partner across healthcare PE. This is not a traditional partnerships role — you'll operate as a hybrid of enterprise seller, strategic operator, and relationship builder. What You'll Do: • Build and manage relationships with leading healthcare PE firms — partners, operating teams, and value creation leaders • Position Assort as a strategic lever for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational scalability across portfolio companies • Generate qualified pipeline by securing warm intros into portfolio companies and negotiating portfolio-wide agreements • Carry a quota focused on pipeline creation and sales-qualified opportunities; partner with Account Executives to close • Coordinate cross-functionally across sales, leadership, product, and pricing for PE-backed orgs • Systematize learnings into a repeatable, scalable PE GTM playbook
