Our designers help free up smart people to work on hard problems for their organizations rather than spend it on the busy work that often comes with their job. A good user experience is essential in building trust with our customers so they can feel confident that important aspects of their business run without fail for their employees.
As a Product Design Lead on the Global Payroll team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our platform to scalably process and pay hundreds of thousands of employees over $50B annually. This is a unique opportunity to shape one of Rippling’s core product offerings and drive the growth of our next billion-dollar vertical. You’ll own and lead initiatives by designing new product functionality from the ground up and reimagining key workflows to support our scaling needs.
