What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a partner-level real estate attorney with demonstrated experience in one or more core real estate verticals, including development (dirt law), affordable housing, capital markets real estate, debt finance, or related transactional real estate disciplines. Candidates should present a credible and verifiable portable book of business, typically $750K–$1.5M+, with flexibility for highly experienced practitioners in the $500K+ range where strategic alignment exists. The ideal candidate demonstrates stable historical performance, transparent originations, and consistent personal collections aligned with a collection-based compensation model.
