We are looking for a Director of Sales with 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a management role, to lead and develop our team of Account Executives. You are an operator first, someone who drives outcomes across the full sales funnel by diagnosing gaps, building effective plays, and holding your team accountable to results. If you are a data-driven leader who thrives on coaching reps into high performers and partnering across the business to build an efficient GTM engine, this role is for you.
