Location: Tallinn, Estonia View all roles Apply now About the role As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will own the operational excellence of rider use cases such as Airports, Scheduled Rides, Business rides, and Categories. You will translate business needs into clear processes and playbooks, partner with Local Ops and cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in reliability, adoption and unit economics. The Senior Operations Specialist will raise use case adoption and GMV through operational levers, as well as improve reliability and quality through clear standards and playbooks. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for surface insights and creating opportunities for Product, Growth, and Pricing. Main tasks and responsibilities: Architect the Experience: Map out end-to-end rider journeys to bridge gaps and turn risks into seamless, world-class user experiences. Write the Global Playbook: Build and own the operational gold standard for high-stakes categories like Airports, Scheduled Rides, and High-Value tiers. Drive Data-Led Growth: Identify and size massive improvement opportunities through rigorous cost-benefit analysis and strategic prioritization. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Wins: Act as the central nervous system between Growth, Pricing, Product, and Support to execute high-impact changes. Master the Metrics: Own the leaderboard by monitoring core KPIs and delivering actionable performance insights across global markets. TPilot & Scale: Lead high-visibility operations in priority cities, turning experimental wins into repeatable, global success stories. About you: You bring deep, specialised knowledge and a proven track record of solving complex problems and refining processes. You translate complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with everyone from engineers to executives.
