Who you are: You have a proven track record of ownership and process improvement in People Operations. You have a passion for operational excellence, employee experience, data cleanliness, and People processes compliance. You have extensive knowledge of Brazilian Employment Law. You are experienced in managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters. You are comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams across various departments. You have a strong affinity for data and a strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets. You are organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. You are proficient in HRIS systems and in maintaining HR records accurately. You are an effective communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organisation. You are adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality service. You are fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
