We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design at Accord - owning our design system, elevating craft across the product, and shaping how modern go-to-market teams collaborate and close deals.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and our GTM team to shape the roadmap, evolve our design system, and deliver features used daily by some of the fastest-growing companies. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end design in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where quality and speed both matter.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (near the Montgomery stop) - our team works together in the office three days a week to move quickly, collaborate deeply, and keep the creative energy high.
