At Deed, we’re building the most engaging and impactful workplace giving platform in the world—because doing good should be as easy and joyful as streaming a show or ordering lunch. Our mission is to make it easier for people to help one another, and we’re proud to power social impact at leading companies like Ripple, Discord, and Lululemon. Backed by Y Combinator and Earlybird Ventures (UiPath, N26), we’re growing fast and looking for purpose-driven team members to grow with us.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience to lead the roadmap and development of our core end-user experience—the app that employees use to donate, volunteer, organize, and connect with causes they care about. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to launch features that drive engagement, grow impact, and delight users at companies like Allianz, Box, and more.
You’ll lead high-visibility initiatives that enhance employee engagement in giving, volunteering, community-building, and social impact tracking. You’ll also collaborate with our AI and data team to explore how personalization, recommendations, and generative tools can enhance the way employees discover opportunities and understand their social impact.
