About the Role Decagon is rapidly scaling and looking for highly capable Technical Sourcers to fuel this growth. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll own the top of funnel for our most critical engineering hires and work closely with company leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class technical talent. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves finding exceptional engineers, building long-term talent pipelines, and influencing hiring outcomes.
