What we're looking for?
We are hiring our first Strategic Account Manager to build the function from scratch. We need someone with at least 3 years of experience, ideally blending a background in tier-1 consulting with hands-on marketing expertise, specifically in SEO or growth marketing. You should be a strong operator, comfortable owning the full commercial relationship for a book of enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR), and have a track record of driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You must have the executive presence to act as a trusted advisor to VP and CMO-level clients. Bonus points if you have experience building a CS or account management function from the ground up.
