About the Role
MicroAGI deploys data capture hardware across markets to collect the real-world data needed to train robots. We are looking for a U.S. Hardware Deployment Lead to own the physical deployment and operational readiness of our capture systems nationwide. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can bring order to logistical complexity, keep deployments running at scale, and solve problems fast.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day deployment, distribution, and operational readiness of MicroAGI hardware across the U.S. Manage hardware inventory, shipping, replacements, and deployment logistics Coordinate rollout plans for new customers, operators, and recording locations Create clear processes for tracking hardware, handling issues, and minimizing downtime Work closely with field operators, data operations, and engineering to resolve problems quickly Build and improve the systems and documentation needed to scale U.S. deployments reliably Use software, automation, and AI tools to streamline deployment workflows wherever possible
Requirements
Experience in hardware operations, logistics, field operations, deployment, or supply chain management Strong organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments Comfortable being hands-on with hardware and solving practical problems quickly Meticulous attention to detail across many moving parts High agency — you take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do
Strong Plus
Background at a robotics, hardware, mobility, logistics, or operations-heavy startup Experience supporting distributed field operations Comfort with lightweight tooling, automation, and operational dashboards
MicroAGI is building data infrastructure for embodied AI and humanoid robotics, capturing real-world human demonstrations at scale using frontier multimodal sensors (RGB-D cameras + IMU). The company produces what it describes as the world's largest and highest-quality dataset of real human work, spanning household manipulation to skilled trades like plumbing, electrical work, and construction. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Munich, Germany, MicroAGI positions itself as a full-stack partner for embodied AI research — from human data capture to robot policy training to physical deployment.
