Vaibhav Saxena

Trained architect who transitioned into AI research. Was a Deep Learning Visiting Researcher at Purdue University, where he built a tool for team decision-making analysis using computer vision. Previously co-founded Synth (YC S21), a ChatGPT-for-meetings product. Now a licensed insurance agent. The idea for Infer came after watching a friend spend 45 minutes on hold trying to update an address with Progressive.

Urvin Soneta

Studied Economics & Computer Science at Ashoka University, then completed an AI/TLF program at Plaksha University. Worked as a Management Trainee at RBL Bank and a Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before co-founding Synth with Vaibhav in 2021. Transitioned to Infer in late 2023.

Suneel Matham

Engineer and co-founder described as 'an IITian and a philomath.' Previously co-founded Synth (YC S21). Also worked at Noodle.ai, Caterpillar Inc., Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and Shiksha.com prior to his startup journey. Based in Bengaluru, India. Serves as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Synth AI Labs Inc.
