Eliott Hoffenberg

French entrepreneur with a background spanning venture capital, investment banking, and product development. Studied at the London School of Economics (LSE), then moved to San Francisco where exposure to early voice orchestration tools (VAPI, Retell, Bland) and LLM advances in 2023 sparked the idea for Vocca. Co-founded Initiator VC (Olam Ventures), an early-stage fund investing up to £100K in European university founders (2021–2023). Completed investment banking at Evercore on tech and healthcare M&A, IPOs, and SPACs (Summer 2021). Also did product and business development at Reverso (language platform with 100M+ MAU). Family background is in healthcare.

Lancelot Brun

Joined Vocca early and serves as Chief of Staff. Authors blog content for Vocca and is an active public advocate for the company on LinkedIn. Announced Vocca's third office move in January 2026.

Hugo Danet

Technical co-founder and CTO of Vocca, responsible for building and scaling the company's voice AI platform. Announced the start of building Vocca in September 2024. Launched with a lean stack focused on solving one use case perfectly and scaled from there. Previously worked as a VC Analyst at IRIS (March–August 2023) and was a Founding Member at Morpho Labs (July 2021–March 2022), an early DeFi protocol.
