Your mission
You’ll be the Swiss army knife between our clients, our product, and our internal teams. Your mission: make every client onboarding and project run smoothly while building the operational bricks that help Vocca scale faster and smarter.
This role is both client-facing (implementing, configuring, and managing projects for enterprise clients → needs to be French speaking 🇫🇷) and internally focused (streamlining processes, improving communication, and making deployments more efficient).
