The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing office processes, managing the local needs of the I&T Employees, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. Your Main
responsibilities are as follows: Team Leadership: Ensure the teams are staying on track and reporting back to the North-America Managers Manage all of the day-to-day needs of the local I&T Employees Responsible for the local onboarding working with the local HR and the NA teams Participate or provide feedback to the NA Managers for Performance Reviews Support the PM's on project-related tasks and local nuances to ensure operations/projects are running smoothly with the local teams Foster a positive and collaborative work culture Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office processes Implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures Continuously seek ways to improve productivity and reduce costs Facilities Management: Coordinate with the NA team on supplies needed (Computers, systems, etc) Budget Management: Logging Invoices working with the NA Team Tracking and opening PO's, working with the NA team on alignment Provide and support on the needs for June Alignment and budgets Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between various departments and management Facilitate effective communication within the office Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Proven experience in operations management or related roles. Strong leadership and team management skills (5+ Years Experience managing people). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software and productivity tools. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. Proficient in English, written and spoken.
