About the role
We are looking for a Founding Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to be the first dedicated people person at Roger. You will be a true partner to the founders, building our hiring engine from the ground up as we plan to double our headcount in the next year.
What will you be doing?
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical, product, and go-to-market roles.
- Act as the first point of contact, screening candidates for skills and cultural alignment.
- Partner directly with founders to define roles and build scalable hiring processes.
- Represent the Roger brand, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
- Build out our recruiting infrastructure, including our ATS (Ashby).
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage (Seed-Series B) tech startup.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close both technical and GTM candidates.
- High ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive, high-energy personality.
- Must be a US-based individual contributor ready to handle hands-on, end-to-end recruiting.
