We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a fast-learning, operationally-minded individual with a positive attitude to help our clinician customers get the most value from Roger. This person will be on the front lines, communicating directly with clinicians, supporting onboarding, and managing operational workflows to help keep our success engine running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
Roger is empowering the home health care industry with breakthrough generative AI technology to alleviate organizations from staffing shortages. Roger Docs allows home health clinicians to complete OASIS and routine documentation in minutes instead of hours. Roger is fully implemented at agencies serving tens of thousands of patients each day.
