About the role
We are searching for a Sales Development Representative with 6mo-2 years of experience to drive our top-of-funnel growth. We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas, particularly through cold calling. This role is critical for booking more demos and getting our transformative AI tool in front of more decision-makers in the home health industry. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, excited by our mission, and eager to grow into an Account Executive role.
What will you be doing?
- Drive top-of-funnel growth by booking demos with decision-makers in the home health industry through high-volume cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct effective qualification calls to understand customer pain points and clearly articulate Roger Healthcare's value proposition.
- Manage the entire top-of-funnel sales process, from initial outreach to booking meetings for the sales team.
- Attend conferences to showcase the product and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and share market insights to fuel our rapid growth.
