About the role
Role description
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to win new business with manufacturers, from fab shops to enterprise OEMs. You’ll run technical sales cycles end to end, report to our head of go-to-market, and sharpen our sales playbook with what you learn in deals.
What success looks like
In your first year, success means building $4.5M in qualified pipeline (3x quota coverage) by the end of month six, and closing $1.5M in new contract value, measured on the first 12 months of each contract.
Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, technical demos, paid pilots, negotiation, and close on six-figure annual contracts.
- Map each prospect’s workflow, and build the ROI case for their engineering, operations, and finance leaders.
- Source a share of your own pipeline, and work SDR-booked meetings through to close.
- Run Spectral’s sales playbook, and bring back what you learn in deals to sharpen it.
- Pass deal feedback to the product team.
- Travel to customer shops and plants for discovery, demos, and closing.
About Spectral Labs
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building foundation models for the next generation of engineering design. Existing foundation models lack inherent spatial understanding and thus cannot meaningfully perform critical roles in engineering design and manufacturing. We train large models which lack these restrictions and can engineer physical systems. We believe our approach represents a significant step towards AI systems that can intelligently design and reason about physical systems.
