About the role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 2-5 years of experience to own and grow Spectral Labs' customer relationships as we enter our first go-to-market push. You'll be a polished, tactful, technically literate relationship builder who thrives on the road. You'll help make sure customers succeed with Quartz, our agentic AI-powered CAD environment and the first AI system to pass an industry-standard physical engineering benchmark.
What will you be doing?
- Travel to customer sites 25-75% of the time to deepen relationships and uncover pain points.
- Drive renewals and expansions, and help move promising prospects closer to signing.
- Translate customer feedback into clear asks for engineering and product, then close the loop quickly.
- Debrief in SF with the GTM, sales, product and engineering teams between customer trips.
- Work closely with the CEO-led GTM team on a high-impact, zero-to-one commercial motion.
About Spectral Labs
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building foundation models for the next generation of engineering design. Existing foundation models lack inherent spatial understanding and thus cannot meaningfully perform critical roles in engineering design and manufacturing. We train large models which lack these restrictions and can engineer physical systems. We believe our approach represents a significant step towards AI systems that can intelligently design and reason about physical systems.
