Cross functional leadership experience, with the ability to create clarity, align shared priorities, and influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes. Communication skills, with the ability to simply articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence at the senior leadership level. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions based on data and common principles to ensure the success of the project or team. Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and site optimization.
