The Role: We are hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to generate qualified enterprise pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. This is a dedicated outbound role where cold calling is the primary channel. LinkedIn and email support the outreach motion for follow-up and account penetration, but success here comes from consistent phone activity, strong communication instincts, and the ability to create conversations from scratch with senior buyers at mid-market and enterprise companies. You will identify target accounts, engage decision-makers across product, engineering, operations, and IT leadership, qualify early interest, and book meetings for the Account Executive team. Emergent works with prospects across North America, UK, Europe, and ANZ, so flexibility on working hours is required to align with active campaigns and territory coverage.
