About the role

About Us

ClaimSorted helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a ~$200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.

The Role

You will own the full customer relationship: onboarding, go-live, retention, renewals, expansion, and work directly with the CEO as the customer’s internal quarterback at ClaimSorted.

  • Lead onboarding and delivery: build the plan, drive the timeline, and ensure a clean go-live
  • Coordinate Ops, Claims, and Product to unblock issues fast and keep clients confident
  • Run the account rhythm: success plans, SLAs, escalation paths, and exec updates
  • Spot risk early, de-escalate issues, and earn renewals and references
  • Find and close expansion opportunities (new programs, regions, lines, volume)
  • Turn what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and routines

We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in either our New York City or London office. We’re a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, with some people working on weekends, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.

Qualifications

We care more about hunger and grit than years on a CV. You might be a management consultant who’s seen insurance pain points firsthand, or a top-performing Account Manager ready for something bigger.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to London or New York City
  • Work authorisation in the US or UK without need of sponsorship
  • Commercially minded with the ability to map value and close expansions
  • Strong relationship builder who earns trust across stakeholders and stays calm under pressure
  • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, sales, or insurance/InsurTech(a plus)
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or TPA operations (a plus)

Our Values

  • Move Fast – Act decisively, iterate quickly, optimize for momentum.
  • Always Overdeliver – We exceed expectations in everything we do.
  • Think Customer-First, Always – The customer experience drives every decision.
  • Challenge the Status Quo – We innovate relentlessly and never settle for ‘good enough.’
  • Say It How It Is – Transparency and direct communication build trust.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary beyond the industry standard
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 15% of quarterly salary
  • Equity participation: stock options as an early-stage team member
  • Medical insurance
  • 401(k) with 5% company match (US) or pension contributions (UK)
  • Accelerated promotion track in a high-growth environment
