Software Engineer, Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to build the internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows that supercharge our sales team. You'll be a full-stack engineer who thinks creatively about problems and wants to make every account exec 50x more effective. This is a foundational role at a fast-growing YC-backed startup.

What will you be doing?

  • Build data pipelines that find every prospect in the industry by turning fragmented, messy data into actionable leads for the sales team
  • Ship internal tools that make account execs dramatically more effective: outbound automation, lead routing, sequencing, and deal-room tooling
  • Apply AI and LLMs to unstructured data (PDFs, phone calls, legacy systems) and turn it into signals that fill the pipeline
  • Build agents that work in the background to compound the sales team's advantage
