About the role
As a Lead Regulatory Officer, You will be a key partner at the heart of Swan’s Compliance Framework. Your mission is to advise Swan’s teams on all regulatory matters related to banking activities, ensuring that business decisions and product developments are fully aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining ongoing regulatory watch (excluding anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing topics), enabling Swan to anticipate regulatory changes and adapt its practices accordingly. In close collaboration with the Legal team, you will contribute to the negotiation, execution, and continuous improvement of partnership and supplier agreements, as well as to the drafting and regular update of general and specific terms and conditions applicable to users entrusting their funds and payments to Swan. Acting as the main point of contact for the Risk team, you will play a central role in supporting the deployment and evolution of Swan’s products, ensuring that regulatory considerations are embedded from design to launch. You will also ensure that all products marketed by Swan remain compliant with applicable regulations, contributing to the robustness of internal processes and control frameworks.
