What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent - 2-5 years of experience as a Receiving Inspector, Incoming Quality Inspector, or QC Inspector in a manufacturing environment - Proficiency with standard measurement tools -- calipers, micrometers, multimeters, go/no-go gauges - Hands-on experience inspecting electronics, mechanical assemblies, and/or electromechanical components - Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and quality management systems (QMS) - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, GD&T callouts, BOMs, and supplier documentation - Experience writing and processing NCRs and supporting supplier corrective action requests (SCARs/CAPAs) - Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods - Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline - Experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, medical device, or other regulated/precision manufacturing environment - ASQ certification (CQI, CQT) or equivalent - Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and audit support - Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma practices - Experience with vision systems, CMMs, or other advanced inspection equipment
