Your Mission As an Accounting / Finance Specialist, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support the preparation of monthly closes. You will ensure clean, reliable financial processes and support the company’s continued growth. Independently managing accounts receivable and accounts payable Preparing and contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes Monitoring outstanding items and managing dunning processes Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies Supporting liquidity planning and reporting Collaborating with tax advisors and auditors Helping develop and digitize accounting processes Your skills and
qualifications Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on finance/accounting Several years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in accounts receivable/payable Experience preparing monthly closes under German GAAP (HGB) Confident use of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Odoo, or similar) and Excel Structured, careful and reliable way of working Good German and good English skills
