Your Mission As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet across the DACH region. You will manage operational processes, optimize logistics workflows, and ensure our B2B customers are reliably supplied with vehicles at all times. Managing and optimizing day-to-day fleet operations across the DACH region Planning and coordinating logistics processes (delivery, pickup, location distribution) Owning operational KPIs such as availability, utilization and service quality Working with workshop/maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability Managing external logistics and service partners Identifying and implementing process improvements in daily operations Coordinating closely with Customer Success and Sales on customer needs Your skills and
qualifications Several years of experience in operations, logistics or fleet management Experience managing operational teams and external service providers Strong process and numbers orientation (KPI-driven approach) Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills in daily operations Willingness to travel within the DACH region Good German and English skills
