Your Mission As a People & HR Generalist, you will own the full breadth of our HR work – from recruiting to onboarding to HR operations. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers and actively help shape our people processes. Independently managing the recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers) Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Maintaining personnel files, contracts and HR documentation Being the point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions Helping develop HR processes and policies Supporting payroll preparation in collaboration with external payroll providers Contributing to employer branding and employee retention initiatives Your skills and
qualifications Completed training or degree with a focus on HR/personnel, or comparable qualification Several years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operations Experience using applicant tracking and HR tools Strong communication skills and a feel for people Structured, discreet and reliable way of working Good German and English skills
