Manage the day-to-day operations of our Oakland headquarters to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and productive environment for all employees and visitors. Partner with our Facilities team on office design and operations to deliver a seamless, inclusive workplace experience that reflects employee needs, including thoughtful workspace layout, meeting spaces, and accessible, welcoming environments that address employee inclusion needs. Partner with our Food & Beverage team to understand employee needs and preferences, shaping inclusive food programs and creative, culture-building initiatives (think Ramen day or MasterChef challenges) that enhance engagement and the overall workplace experience. Lead the planning and execution of internal org-wide Workplace events that foster inclusion and engagement, working in partnership with the satellite offices and the Facilities and Culinary teams. Events include things like our annual summer picnic, holiday party and ERG programming support. Manage the workplace budget for the Oakland office, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for operational improvements or cost savings. Identify employee needs and serve as the voice of the employee by using qualitative and quantitative feedback to define, evolve, and execute our Workplace Experience strategy, including survey analysis and documenting and escalating feedback across stakeholders. About you You have at least 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate hospitality, preferably within a high-growth tech environment. You have experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery. You have a proven track record of event planning and deep passion for executing creative, inclusive events that build community and foster a sense of belonging. You are an exceptional communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are a proactive problem-solver with a "no task is too small" mentality and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. You are detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing budgets and operational workflows. You are authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future.
