About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with ~2 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm who can also write SQL, and has operated in a scrappy early-stage startup environment. You should be comfortable owning broad, unstructured mandates across finance and operations, and have a track record of building internal tools and automations that drive efficiency. Bonus points if you have a quantitative undergraduate degree.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain the analytical and operational backbone of the company.
- Take ownership of business operations processes (billing, vendor management, internal systems) and drive scalability as the company grows toward 8x ARR
- Work closely with the founders and future Head of Finance to inform strategic decisions with data-driven analysis
- Design and deploy automations (Slack integrations, agent workflows, ROI models) that eliminate manual work across the team
- Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through execution — context-switching between finance, GTM operations, and internal tooling as needed
