Home MEP Manager 7 - 10 Years Full-Time Job location: Bangalore Profile: MEP Manager Specialization: B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Data Center / Critical Facility Operations & Maintenance Job description: Support and oversee MEP system installation and execution at site, ensuring smooth day-to-day progress. Coordinate with design teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment and timely delivery. Review drawings (GA, shop drawings) and ensure site execution is in line with approved plans. Apply working knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems during execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, cleanroom

requirements, and safety standards. Monitor work quality, progress, and timelines, and proactively highlight any gaps or delays. Assist in planning and execution of MEP activities for greenfield and brownfield projects. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP and HVAC systems. Maintain ISO cleanroom conditions and monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and particle levels. Support troubleshooting of HVAC and environmental control systems during installation and testing. Assist in QA/QC checks, material inspections, and adherence to PTW procedures. Maintain accurate site documentation, DPRs, and coordination records, supporting project milestones and upgrades. Working Days : Monday to Saturday
