We are looking for a Commercial Technology & Partnerships Counsel with 6–10 years of experience to lead commercial contract work for tech companies globally at the world's largest AI-native law firm by deal volume. You'll join a rocket ship that just raised $9M in 4 days from YC, 20VC, and 20+ unicorn founders — and help build scalable legal frameworks supporting a team of 50 lawyers closing billions in contract value.
What will you be doing?
Leading all commercial contract work for tech partnerships, particularly within major cloud provider and reseller/partner ecosystems
Structuring, negotiating, and managing strategic tech partnership agreements at high volume
Architecting and optimizing reseller models, incentive structures, and partner agreement frameworks
Providing guidance on IP, data usage rights, and regulatory considerations for partnership programs
Scaling and managing complex legal operations across a growing team of lawyers
Key Requirements
6–10 years of commercial law experience specializing in commercial contracts, MSAs, and Playbooks — NOT privacy, product compliance, or regulatory law
Must have worked at BigLaw or a prestigious in-house tech company (FAANG, Oracle, Capgemini, Accenture, or equivalent) — this is a mandatory, hard filter
Deep experience with tech commercial contracts related to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, IBM) or their reseller/partner ecosystems
Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
High-volume deal experience — not just a few large contracts, but architecting and optimizing scalable commercial frameworks
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York
