Who are we looking for
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to take ownership of our machine learning pipeline. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starting engineer who thrives in a startup environment and can manage the end-to-end process of training, deploying, and optimizing computer vision models. We need someone to help us scale our ML capabilities, improve the performance of our existing models, and build new ones as we grow.
What you will be doing
- Train, deploy, and debug computer vision models across the full ML pipeline.
- Improve performance on our 15+ production models and build new models for upcoming features.
- Own the entire data lifecycle – from managing data cleaning to building out our data flywheel and evaluation infrastructure.
- Optimize models for efficiency, focusing on latency, memory, and cost/performance tradeoffs.
- Translate the latest research in computer vision into measurable improvements for our product.
