This role focuses on safeguarding SAP systems through robust user access governance, role design, and GRC operations, while ensuring strict adherence to compliance frameworks such as SOx and internal ITGC controls. The specialist will act as a support for SAP Security, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives. LEAD
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and support user administration during the full user lifecycle in SAP (SU01, SU10) Design and maintain authorization roles using PFCG based on Segregation of Duties (SoD), least- privilege, and sensitive access principles. Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, ST01 and STAUTHTRACE Operate and enhance SAP GRC Access Control components (ARA, BRM, CUP, EAM), including risk analysis, workflow configuration, and firefighting management. Monitor and analyze SAP security tickets, reviewing elevated and sensitive access on a regular basis. Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP security policies procedures, and role design methodology. Provide security expertise during projects, system upgrades, and M&A integrations. Support users on access request processes and GRC workflows. Collaborate with business to advise on access
requirements and compliance remediation. Support Access Management controls execution and make recommendations for better control efficiency while maintaining compliance
requirements. Support SOx and ITGC audits by preparing evidence, addressing findings, and implementing remediation actions. Collaborate with business owners, auditors, and IT teams to define and enforce access governance standards. Follow BRP values and behaviors Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. Enforce Quality BRP policy SKILLS: Experience with S/4 HANA GRC tools Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and user administration Proficiency in troubleshooting tools: SU53, SUIM, ST01, STAUTHTRACE Experience with SAP transport management (STMS, SE10) Familiarity with SAP Basis concepts EDUCATION: Bachelor: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years in: SAP Security and GRC Access Control LANGUAGE: Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially French or German is an advantage.
