About
the Role As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn complex customer and growth data into clear insights that guide decisions across Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams. You’ll design analyses, build dashboards, and support experiments that help us understand what drives acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. You’ll have the chance to go beyond reporting: working on high-impact business questions, evaluating performance trends, and helping stakeholders understand what is truly moving the needle. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your work will be seen, used, and acted on. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments to inform marketing and growth decisions. Build and maintain reliable dashboards and data models in Looker to support self-serve analytics across the business. Explore customer behaviour across acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifecycle performance using data from Snowflake, Amplitude, and other sources. Investigate changes in growth, conversion, and commercial performance to identify what is driving impact. Work closely with Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to frame business questions, choose the right analytical approach, and communicate results clearly. Share findings in a simple, visual way so stakeholders can act quickly and confidently. About You You’re curious, analytical, and commercially aware. You enjoy turning open questions into structured analysis, and you care about making your work understandable and actionable. Must-haves Around 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, product, e-commerce, or a similar business environment. Confidence with SQL, including joining tables, building aggregations, and writing efficient queries. Experience with BI / data visualisation tools (Looker preferred, but similar tools are fine). Hands-on experience working with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake or similar). Practical experience with experimentation (A/B tests and/or quasi-experimental methods), either designing, analysing, or interpreting tests. Clear communication skills – you can explain complex concepts in a simple, visual, and structured way. Comfortable working in English in a distributed team. Nice-to-haves Familiarity with Python or similar tools for deeper analysis. Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools. Previous experience in subscription, marketplace, DTC, or other data-rich consumer businesses. Experience with cohort analysis, lifecycle analytics, funnel performance, or behavioural segmentation. If you don’t meet every single point but feel you can grow into this role, we’d still be happy to hear from you.
