This role acts as a key transportation subject matter expert, supporting carrier management, transportation procurement activities, operational performance analysis, and logistics optimization initiatives. The position also plays an important role in bringing market intelligence, benchmarking practices, and innovative transportation solutions to improve BRP’s logistics network and transportation strategy. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Manage daily transportation operations across Brazil, ensuring service level, transit time, and cost targets are achieved Coordinate and monitor transportation providers (carriers, brokers and logistics partners) Support transportation procurement activities, including RFQs, bidding processes, pricing analysis, and contract evaluations Analyze freight costs, transportation KPIs, carrier performance, and logistics trends to identify optimization opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to transportation operations, network design, routing strategies, and logistics efficiency Support transportation contract management, including service scope validation, SLA follow-up, and commercial analysis Develop transportation market intelligence and benchmark industry best practices, pricing structures, and logistics models Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customs, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure smooth logistics execution Identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans to support transportation stability and performance Support implementation of new transportation tools, systems, dashboards, and operational processes Participate in strategic transportation projects and logistics optimization initiatives Monitor transportation claims, escalations, and operational exceptions, ensuring proper resolution and corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and operational standards YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields 4+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight management, or supply chain operations Previous experience managing transportation providers and logistics operations in Brazil Strong knowledge of transportation operations, freight pricing structures, and carrier management Experience with transportation procurement, bidding/RFQ processes, and logistics contract analysis is considered a strong asset Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate transportation costs, KPIs, and operational performance Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational optimization initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate activities across multiple teams and providers Knowledge of SAP, TMS, ERP systems, and transportation operational tools Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for freight analysis, KPI reporting, and operational management Knowledge of Power BI or transportation analytics tools is considered a differential Experience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments is considered an asset Fluent in English is required Back Apply Now
