We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 1–3 years of experience to join Listen Labs' growing outbound sales team and help fuel pipeline for one of the fastest-growing AI startups backed by Sequoia Capital. You'll be someone who knows how to hit the phones, build your own prospect lists, and grind through enterprise outreach targeting CMOs, heads of marketing, and research leaders. We want hungry, high-energy sellers who have BDR/SDR experience at a B2B SaaS startup and are motivated to earn a promotion into an AE seat within a year. This is a high-visibility role at a company that went from $0 to $14M ARR in under a year — if you're ready to work hard and grow fast, this is for you.
What will you be doing?
Heavy outbound prospecting — cold calling, sequencing, and researching enterprise and strategic accounts to get in front of ideal buyers
Building and owning your own lead lists targeting CMOs, heads of marketing, heads of insights, and UX research leaders
Attending conferences and planning intimate executive dinners to build relationships and generate pipeline
Developing creative strategies to break into historically hard-to-reach accounts across industries
Collaborating closely with AEs, growth, and revenue teams to refine outbound messaging and GTM motion
