This role The Operations Analyst – Credit Line is responsible for ensuring the successful rollout and scaling of Credit Line across sales channels, maintaining tight execution control, driving operational performance, and enabling cross-functional alignment to guarantee high adoption at scale. \n Key Responsabilities: Own the end-to-end execution tracking of the Credit Line rollout, ensuring visibility of progress by region, channel and partner. Monitor the performance of the Credit Line funnel (offer → activation → first use), identifying drop-offs and driving corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure availability of tools, materials and conditions required for rollout success (e.g. cards, training readiness, systems). Track and validate the correct execution of campaigns and commercial offers in the field, ensuring alignment with rollout phases. Manage the incentive tracking and liquidation process, ensuring it drives the right behaviors during rollout. Identify, prioritize and escalate critical operational issues affecting adoption or execution, ensuring fast resolution. Act as a central coordination point across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners and Allies, ensuring alignment and speed in execution. Support and validate the readiness of the sales force, ensuring training translates into correct execution at point of sale. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track rollout progress and performance, enhancing data-driven results.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Commercial Operations roles. Proven experience supporting rollouts, launches or large-scale commercial initiatives. Experience working with field sales teams and retail/channel execution. Strong understanding of commercial funnels and performance metrics. Experience managing or supporting incentive schemes tied to sales performance. Experience in fast-paced environments (fintech, telco, retail or startups strongly preferred). Advanced Excel (mandatory) and strong data analysis skills. Ability to translate data into quick operational decisions and actions. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English — written and spoken.
