About the role
We are looking for a Founding PLM Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own the technical narrative in enterprise deals and help define how Uncountable sells its next generation of PLM products as they're being built. This is a rare, high-ownership role for someone craving agency, visibility, and real upside — not just running polished demos at a mature company.
What will you be doing?
- Lead technical discovery and deliver compelling, value-driven demos for enterprise PLM deals ($200K+ ARR)
- Own the technical narrative end-to-end in deals — shaping how the product is positioned and sold
- Define demo environments, messaging, and go-to-market story as new products take shape
- Collaborate directly with founders and product teams in tight feedback loops to influence roadmap and positioning
- Land key logos in a greenfield market, establishing the SE playbook from the ground up
