This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours. Siler City's community is majority Spanish-speaking, yet bilingual mental health resources remain critically scarce. What Makes This Different Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy Part-time W2 — real employment, not independent contractor work Fully remote — work from home anywhere in North Carolina Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — afternoons and evenings only No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a regular part of the role. What You Need Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Pay Range $35 - $45 USD Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at Daybreak Health?
