About the role
Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders by proactively identifying pain points and co-developing secure, resilient, production-scale architectures. Address competitive challenges and technical objections, partnering with Global Black Belts, engineering teams, and field communities to resolve escalations and share product insights. Maintain and grow expertise in cloud migration and modernization across Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, application workloads, resiliency, security, and compliance. Stay current on market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies, and actively contribute knowledge to the infrastructure technical community. 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (Azure).
