We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer to join our team and contribute to a number of areas.
Areas you may work in:
- Agent infrastructure and code
- Product surfaces
- Evals and reliability
- Models
You may be a good fit if you:
- Want to work in person in San Francisco
- Have strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems end to end
- Have built and operated production systems and can explain the decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes you owned
- Independently identify important problems, define your own work, and follow through without waiting for a specification
- Bring technical depth and learn quickly when the problem takes you into unfamiliar areas
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and work well with people who will question it
Even better:
- You've built a product from scratch or helped shape an early engineering team
- You've shipped agents or other AI systems into production
- You’ve participated in hackathons

Jarmin AI is a Y Combinator-backed startup (F25 batch) building autonomous AI employees for human-level roles including ML Engineer, Financial Analyst, Account Executive, Paralegal, and Compliance Analyst.
