About the role
We are looking for a Founder's Associate who has experience building something from scratch to work directly with our CEO. We are seeking a highly intelligent, hungry, and humble individual to help operate the core infrastructure of the company and take on critical projects. This is a unique opportunity to have a massive impact at a fast-growing, early-stage AI health startup backed by top-tier investors.
What will you be doing?
- Work directly with the CEO to assist in operating the company's infrastructure: recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, and clinical partnerships.
- Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs.
- Take high-priority work off the CEO's plate.
- Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
