The Role You'll Play As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that strengthen sales performance and revenue planning. You’ll collaborate with teams across Playlist to improve reporting, guide strategic decisions, and help our global sales organization operate more effectively by using AI tools and automation to accelerate reporting cycles, surface insights faster, and reduce time spent on manual data work. Develop KPIs and automated reports using Excel, Salesforce reports, Tableau, and Looker to provide revenue teams with actionable intelligence Analyze sales performance and recommend strategic priorities, effectiveness metrics, and tracking methods Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis, automate reporting, or streamline day-to-day workflows Support sales capacity planning and analysis for our global sales organization Draft sales quotas and evaluate their ongoing effectiveness Partner with Sales Operations to improve processes, prioritize CRM enhancements, and measure key initiatives Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Finance, and Total Rewards to improve data accessibility, align quotas, and assess performance against the Annual Plan Equip Sales and Revenue leaders with pipeline insights, KPI tracking, and reporting for leadership presentations Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, go-to-market effectiveness, and supporting documentation The Experience You’ll Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in sales planning, sales operations, or business analytics Experience extracting data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM Expert-level Excel and advanced SQL skills Proficiency in data visualization using using Tableau, Looker, or Sigma Experience supporting sales territories, quotas, and
compensation programs Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data accuracy and sales productivity Clear presentation and communication skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership Have we piqued your curiosity? Sound like
