About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 2-7 YOE to join our fast-paced, AI-native startup. You will be the bridge between ClaimSorted and our insurance clients — spending ~25% of your time engaging directly with client stakeholders and ~75% building the integrations that connect them to our platform. This is a crucial hire as we aggressively expand into new markets and onboard some of the biggest insurers in the world.
Responsibilities
- Build and own integrations with insurance client data sources — APIs, SFTPs, and data pipelines that power reliable claims processing
- Engage directly with client technical teams and executives to scope, deliver, and present solutions
- Spin up and improve customer-facing web UI portals and forms that support fast, reliable onboarding
- Work closely with internal ops and claims teams to ensure integrations meet operational requirements
- Spend the majority of your time (70-80%) building new integrations and systems from scratch
