About the role
Drive Customer Success Partner with customer executives, CISOs, security leaders, and technical stakeholders to accelerate security transformation. Ensure successful delivery of customer engagements, adoption plans, and security outcomes. Act as an escalation point for complex customer challenges and critical situations. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, services, support, partners, and customer success teams. Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, consulting, technical leadership, or customer-facing technology roles. People leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals. Experience engaging senior technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of modern security architectures and frameworks. Experience leading cybersecurity, cloud transformation, or customer success teams. Expertise in one or more areas including Security Operations (SOC), SIEM, XDR, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, Data Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or AI Security. Experience working with enterprise and government customers. Strong commercial and business management skills.
