We are looking for a Partnerships Lead with 3+ years of experience to own and scale Agave's partner ecosystem — turning an already-powerful referral network into a structured, repeatable growth engine. You'll be the first dedicated hire for this function, inheriting relationships with Procore, Autodesk, and every major construction ERP, and building programs that drive referrals for both our flagship product and 3-6 new products launching this year. This role reports directly to the CEO, carries high visibility across the company, and requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and builds momentum through win-win deals. What will you be doing?
Own and deepen relationships with strategic partners (Procore, Autodesk, Sage, Foundation, VARs) — cultivating referrals and co-GTM opportunities beyond what AEs have been doing
Build Agave's partnership strategy from the ground up — creating structure, programs, and metrics where none currently exist
Drive partner-enabled customer acquisition for new products launching this year, expanding partnerships beyond the flagship product
Represent Agave at industry conferences and trade shows (20-30% travel), building relationships on the ground with key partner stakeholders
Identify low-hanging fruit and fresh opportunities across the partner ecosystem that the team hasn't yet considered
We're building the financial ops platform for construction, a $12T global industry run by software built 20-40 years ago, much of it on-prem with no APIs and no documentation.
We spent 3 years building the rails to read and write across those systems, and we use them to deploy AI for invoicing, expenses, compliance, billing, and more.
We have 500+ customers and have been profitable & cashflow positive for over two years.
We're backed by Accel and Y Combinator, with investors from Procore, Autodesk, and Plaid. Our three co-founders have worked together for 12+ years, across Graphiq (acquired by Amazon in 2017) and Amazon.
