We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with 5+ years of experience to own the full sales cycle and help us scale our AI-driven automation platform into Fortune 500 enterprises. You'll be a sharp, consultative seller who has previously taken a startup from 1 to 10, ideally with a foundation built at blue-chip companies. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll be one of the earliest GTM hires with massive upside as we build out the sales org ahead of our Series B. We need someone who can align deeply with C-suite executives, understand their economic interests, and close $100-200K ACV deals in a 6-9 month sales cycle.
What will you be doing?
Automat is redefining enterprise automation through AI agents that learn by watching. At Automat, we believe that teaching AI agents to do work for you should be as easy as showing an expert colleague the workflow you'd like to get done.
We help enterprise businesses create and scale reliable end-to-end automations that are 10x faster and lower cost than existing legacy tools like traditional RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Our technology helps some of the world's largest companies—including Fortune 500 insurers, major healthcare providers, and innovative fintech companies—streamline their operations.
In practice, we're redefining Enterprise AI Agents, RPA, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), developing the necessary tooling and infrastructure to bring these to real-world customers and applications. We compete with legacy incumbents like UiPath and Automation Anywhere, offering a generative AI platform that empowers enterprises to automate complex processes faster, smarter, and at significantly lower cost.
Backed by Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Initialized Capital, and Felicis Ventures, we're scaling quickly and building a world-class team out of our San Francisco office in the Mission District.
