The Role
This is one of the most important leadership roles at Emergent. As a GTM Leader, you will own the company's global revenue strategy and execution across enterprise sales, customer success, partnerships, revenue operations, and commercial expansion. You will work directly with the founders and executive team to transform extraordinary product adoption into a durable, scalable, multi-billion-dollar revenue business. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires close collaboration with the executive team and customers. Also, scope of the role will be aligned as per the interview feedback and overall fitment.
What You'll Own:
- Lead Emergent's growth organization across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, community, content, and growth experimentation, partnering with Product and Engineering to build product-led growth loops.
- Build and scale Emergent's commercial business across startups, agencies, digital businesses, and SMBs, developing repeatable sales, onboarding, expansion, and monetization motions.
- Identify and scale the highest-value customer segments across the platform.
